In 2017, SQFT Global Properties Philippines was formed and owned independently with a powerhouse group of women namely Sisters Cynthia and Ivy Almario, the duo behind the successful Atelier Almario, and real estate power broker, and now the sole Managing Director, Catherine Ocariz.
The Almario Sisters are esteemed interior designers gifted with an elegant deftness that they imprint on everything they touch. Their distinguished portfolio includes
many upscale commercial and residential projects, as well as bespoke concepts for property developers globally. They have partnered with Catherine with an extensive network globally, as their first foray into full-service real estate management, imparting their business savvy in their latest venture as investors with SQFT Global
Properties Philippines, bestowing a discriminating eye for detail and graceful
energy to the local real estate industry.
Catherine, being the licensed real estate broker and having established her own brokerage firm at such a young age, has lead different notable international organizations and held positions locally at the Philippine Association of Real Estate
Boards’ (PAREB) -City of Taguig Real Estate Board (CTREB). Truly a powerhouse group with combined exceptional service, they are here to shape the international real estate in the Philippines.
